The Altecnic 309 temperature-pressure relief valves control and limit conditions inside domestic unvented hot water storage cylinders. By preventing water temperatures from reaching 100°C, they ensure system safety. When pre-set temperature or pressure limits are reached, the valve automatically discharges a sufficient volume of water. This process safely reduces internal levels, allowing the system to return to its normal operating parameters.
